Icade: 'Social' bond issue by Icade Santé
(CercleFinance.com) - Icade announces that its subsidiary Icade Santé has completed its first "social" bond issue of 600 million euros, maturing in 2030, paying a fixed coupon of 1.
375%, which is financing raised with a margin of 155 basis points above the benchmark rate.
Through this transaction, which was almost 10 times oversubscribed by institutional investors, Icade Santé is increasing its bond investor base and continuing to optimise its liabilities (longer maturity and lower average cost of debt).
The funds from this issue will refinance acquisitions or projects involving existing assets (buildings, developments, extensions and restructuring) located in France, the real estate company said.
