Icade: NCCF down 7.8% in H1 2020
(CercleFinance.com) - Icade has reported net current cash flow (NCCF) of 161.
3 million euros for H1 2020 (2.18 euros per share), down 7.8%, although its EPRA NDV reached 92.2 euros per share at the end of June, up 1.2% compared to the end of December 2019.
"The strength of Icade's diversified business model rests on both its Property Investment Divisions (whose adjusted EPRA earnings increased by over 3%) and a Property Development Division which has a very positive outlook," said CEO Olivier Wigniolle.
Icade will provide its FY targets when it announces its Q3 sales (on 22 October). The group will use this opportunity to analyse the impact of the situation on its multi-year ambitions and its strategic plan for 2019-2022.
