Altran: details on cyberattack of 24 January
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning Altran has provided details on the "cyberattack" which hit the technology consulting group on 24 January.
First, "Altran reaffirms, based on thorough analysis with independent global third-party technical experts and forensics, that there has been no possible risk of contamination or propagation to its clients, and that no data was stolen or lost."
In addition, "All systems and devices will be fully functional in the next few days. All client operations will also be back to normal in the same timeframe," it says.
In relation to this case, Altran has also lodged complaints and is working with the relevant authorities. Investigations are currently ongoing.
