Altran: it's worth it, Portzamparc says
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning Portzamparc begins its coverage of the global innovation and engineering consulting group Altran with a buy rating.
The broker has set a target price of 16.5 euros, representing upside potential of over 35%.
Portzamparc's report hails Altran for its "integrated positioning," which enables it to take positions on major added value contracts for clients, while integrating near/offshore within its offer. In addition, the group is developing its technological skills to stay in touch with the latest trends in a rapidly changing environment.
Analysts also believe that Altran is the most profitable player in its sector in Europe, and that its acquisition of the US group Aricent will give it a "new dimension". However, in the meantime, the risk of integration is "certainly not negligible".
