Altran: SG still a buyer; targets 22 euros.

(CercleFinance.com) - Altran's announcement of its acquisition of Aricent, which will be partially financed by fundraising, continues to penalise the Altran Technology share on the Paris Stock Exchange.

However, according to Société Générale (SG), this represents "a unique opportunity". In short, the broker has confirmed its buy rating and 12-month target price of 22 euros.

For Altran, Aricent's acquisition (which is expected to close in Q1 2018) could reverse the situation in many ways, specialists believe, which underline its solid expertise in the telecoms sector. This is without considering that Aricent, which generates FY sales of 631 million euros and has a robust operating margin of 20.6%, is expected to generate annual growth of between 5% and 10%.
