Altarea Cogedim: new CFO at Cogedim.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday afternoon Altarea Cogedim announced Alexis Moreau's appointment as Cogedim's CFO.
Aged 49, the EDHEC business school graduate also joins Altarea Cogedim's executive committee. In charge of the group's finance department for property development and corporate property, he is also responsible for acquisitions in the property development sector and continues to monitor the development of Cogedim Club residences, a concept for retirement homes, which he created and where he has been director since 2009.
Alexis Moreau will report to Stéphane Theuriau, chairman of Cogedim's board of directors, and Philippe Jossé, CEO, for the group's housing division.
Following his promotion, Jérôme Navarre, 52, has been named director general of Cogedim Club. He will directly report to Alexis Moreau.
