Kone: Singapore contract fails to lift share price

(CercleFinance.com) - Kone has announced that it has been awarded a contract in Singapore to supply 23 lifts (17 MiniSpace and 6 MonoSpace, all with integrated connectivity features) for the new Keppel Towers development.

The lifts serving the office floors will be equipped with a destination control system that takes into account the desired destination floors and the number of waiting passengers to significantly improve operational efficiency and convenience.

Kone says it booked the order in the third quarter and expects the Keppel Towers to be redeveloped during 2024.

However, the Kone share is currently pretty flat in Helsinki.
