Nokia: new product developments ahead of 5G
(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia launched new chipsets for radio frequency units such as antennas on Monday, meeting the requirements for the upcoming 5G technology.
The "ReefShark" chipset - which has been developed by Nokia between Finland and the Silicon Valley - incorporates the group's latest innovations in artificial intelligence (AI), the Finnish firm said.
On the day that Nokia unveiled its ReefShark chipsets, the company also outlined its Future X architecture, the basis for its 5G services portfolio to be showcased at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next month.
