Dia: Invest Securities changes to 'Sell'
(CercleFinance.com) - Parisian analyst firm Invest Securities, which previously held a 'Neutral' recommendation on the share of Spanish distributor Dia, now changes its recommendation to 'Sell'.
The target price has been slashed from E3.9 to E1.9.
“Dia's stock market slump (-49% in 2018) accentuates expectations of a fall in results. However, in a sector experiencing unprecedented losses, this position is unforgiving”, concludes Invest Securities, as the Group's position remains tricky, both in Spain and Latin America.
“In conclusion, operating results should go down everywhere. [...] Unless it breaks away from strategy or governance, we believe that the company does not have the means to recover in the immediate future”, states Invest Securities to support its recommendation.
