Siemens Healthineers: IPO price set at 28 euros per share
(CercleFinance.com) - German conglomerate Siemens said on Friday that it had priced the initial public share offering (IPO) of its healthcare unit Siemens Healthineers at 28 euros per share.
The shares will begin trading later today on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Assuming full exercise of the green shoe, free float will reach 15%, Siemens said.
The industrial group, which plans to remain a long-term majority shareholder, will receive gross proceeds of 4.2 billion euros from the sale of the 150 million existing shares.
