(CercleFinance.com) - Osram has agreed to acquire Digital Lumens, a US company based in Boston that specializes in industrial Internet of things (IoT) solutions, for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 2008, Digital Lumens employs 65 people and in the last fiscal year generated sales of around 50 million dollars.
