Siemens Energy: 10% capital increase
(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens Energy has successfully placed 72,664,519 new shares with institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuilding offer excluding shareholders' subscription rights.
The shares were placed at a price of E17.32 per share, generating gross proceeds of 1.259 billion euros, before commissions and expenses. As a result, Siemens Energy's share capital will increase by 10% to 799,309,712 euros.
The new shares will be issued from the authorised capital with the waiver of shareholders' subscription rights and will be fully entitled to dividends as from 1 October 2022.
