E.ON: sells stake in Uniper.

ON reported on Wednesday that it has reached an agreement to sell its 46.65% stake in Uniper.
Floated last year, the German energy company's subsidiary will switch now become Finnish, with Fortum set to buy back the said share for 22 euros per share.
E.ON could finally receive 3.76 billion euros in this transaction, which is expected to be completed early next year.
