Bayer: partnership deal with One Drop
(CercleFinance.com) - Bayer and Informed Data Systems (One Drop) have announced an agreement to jointly develop digital health products for multiple therapeutic areas, whereby Bayer will also increase its equity stake in the US company.
The German company will contribute its capabilities in data and medical sciences, as well as its in-depth knowledge of a wide range of diseases. In future, it will also be able to support the marketing of jointly developed digital products.
Under the terms of the agreement, One Drop will receive development fees and commercial milestone payments, based on success. In return, Bayer will receive royalties on sales generated by One Drop.
