BASF: joins forces with Oriental Yuhong in solar panels
(CercleFinance.com) - BASF and Oriental Yuhong, one of China's leading producers of thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing membranes, have joined forces to develop solar roofing membranes for use in buildings.
The new development aims to meet China's growing demand for rooftop solar panels, as the country's solar photovoltaic installations have reached a record 51 gigawatts.
