(CercleFinance.com) - Allianz Real Estate, acting on behalf of several Allianz Group companies, has completed the purchase of a prime logistics centre, MultiBusinessHub Mittelrhein, in Polch, Germany.
Located between the Cologne and Bonn in the north and the Rhein and Main regions in the south, this state-of-the-art facility includes six warehouses, each with a net lettable area of 10,000 m2.
With completion scheduled for 2024, the asset is fully pre-let with long-term contracts to V+B Fliesen GmbH and Elsen Logistik GmbH, a logistics provider.
