ThyssenKrupp: wants better terms in Tata Steel agreement

(CercleFinance.com) - The ThyssenKrupp share is up over 1.
3% in Frankfurt today, with the industrial group wanting to improve its agreement with Tata Steel for a merger of their iron and steel operations in Europe, according to Aurel BGC, which quotes the German paper Handelsblatt.

The broker explains that the German group has seen an increase in the value of its own steel business since it began discussions about this project with Tata Steel, and that it would therefore like better terms.
