Sales momentum continued to accelerate in Q3, while profits have followed closely.
Over the first nine months of its fiscal year 2017, the specialist in electronic payment processing managed transactions worth a total of 62.5 billion euros, up a sharp 43.5%.
Over the same period, Wirecard's consolidated sales soared 42% to around one billion euros (in Q3: +51.7%), while its EBITDA rose by 34% to 286.6 million euros, and post-tax earnings climbed 33.4% to 168.5 million euros. At the same time, adjusted operating cash flow reached 234 million euros.
Over FY 2017, Wirecard still expects EBITDA of between 398 million and 415 million euros.
