Siemens: MoU with Mitsubishi Electric Europe

With the creation of the European Green Deal, the EU has committed itself to being the first continent to become net zero by 2050, which means no net greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. At an intermediate stage, emissions must already be reduced by 55% by 2030 compared to 1990.
Siemens says that the technologies and components used in rail transport will make an important contribution to achieving this goal.
