Siemens: appoints new compliance officer
(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens has announced the appointment of Martina Maier as the new head of global compliance, replacing Klaus Moosmayer, who will leave the group on 30 November this year.
Currently in charge of the German conglomerate's competition department, Martina Maier will take office on 1 December. Her own successor to his current post has not yet been designated.
Martina Maier joined Siemens in September 2017. She has been in charge of the group's legal team, which in particular dealt with legal competition matters relating to the Siemens Mobility-Alstom merger project.
