Daimler: first eActros commissioned
(CercleFinance.com) - With mass production of the eActros set to begin on 7 October, Daimler has announced that several vehicles have already been commissioned at its first customers in Germany and the Netherlands, including Logistik Schmitt (transport shuttle) and Simon Loos and Tevex Logistics (food logistics).
Another eActros is also being configured as a refuse collection vehicle for Remondis.
These electric trucks were built as part of trials in the production plant and will enable customers to provide net zero transport.
