9% in March, in anticipation of the upcoming launches of highly awaited new models in the coming months, the luxury division of German auto giant Daimler said on Wednesday.
Mercedes-Benz sold 27,004 vehicles in the United States over the past month, compared to 28,407 units in the same period of 2018, the car maker said.
"While demand for our SUV lineup and new A-Class remains strong, we're still in the ramp-up phase of our launch," said Mercedes-Benz USA's CEO.
