RWE: Oddo BHF still a buyer after interim results
(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF has reinstated its "buy" recommendation and target price of 24.
3 euros on RWE, after the German energy group's publication of interim results that exceeded the consensus, while confirming its targets.
The broker states that H1 2018 EBITDA came in at 1,140 million euros, above its own estimate of 1,068 million euros and the consensus of 1,110 million euros.
RWE has one of the highest sensitivities to rises in electricity prices amongst all stocks the broker monitors, says the analyst, for whom this sensitivity, in the current context of shrinking available capacity, seems underestimated by the market.
