Beiersdorf: raises growth forecasts for 2023
(CercleFinance.com) - On its trading update, Beiersdorf announced that it is raising its annual sales forecast, now anticipating organic sales growth in the low double-digit range for the Group as a whole - and for its consumer segment.
The German cosmetics group posted 9m 2023 sales that are up 7.8% to E7.26bn, with organic growth of 11.2% driven by its consumer segment (+13.6%).
Management hails its iconic brands NIVEA, Eucerin and Aquaphor, which it says led the way with double-digit growth rates, driven by impactful global and local initiatives.
