Julius Baer: Wellington Management stake falls below 3%
(CercleFinance.com) - Boston-based fund manager Wellington Management said on Tuesday that it has reduced its stake in Julius Baer to under the 3% threshold after selling shares of the Swiss private bank.
In a regulatory filing, Wellington said it now has 2.79% of Julius Baer's voting rights.
