Dufry: wants to make CHF500m capital increase
(CercleFinance.com) - Dufry, the duty free specialist, wants to carry out a capital increase of 500 million Swiss francs.
The group will hold an AGM on 6 October 2020 to approve this ordinary capital increase.
The expected proceeds are expected to be used to finance the previously announced acquisition of all remaining interests in Hudson, in addition to general corporate purposes.
Dufry has already secured an equity investment commitment of 415 million Swiss francs from funds managed by Advent International Corporation or its subsidiaries to purchase Hudson shares at 28.50 Swiss francs per share.
