Swiss Life AM: appointments on board
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss Life Asset Management (France) and Swiss Life REIM (France) have merged to form Swiss Life Asset Managers France, the asset management arm of Swiss Asset Managers in France.
A Management Board has been formed at the head of the new structure. It consists of Frédéric Bôl, Chairman of the Executive Board, Per Erikson, Director of securities activities for the Group's entities in France, Eric Bourguignon, Director of securities activities for third parties in France, Fabrice Lombardo, Director of activities in France and Bruno Gerardin, CFO in France.
