ABB: consolidates manufacturing activities in Oklahoma
(CercleFinance.com) - ABB plans to consolidate the manufacture of equipment for the North American market in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, with a new 12,000 sq.
ft. (over 1,100 sq. m.) calibration room.
The new calibration benches will enable ABB to strengthen its "Made in America" offering.
Production of pressure transmitters, positioners, flowmeters, pneumatic actuators and certain continuous gas analyzers used in the oil and gas, chemical, water and industries, amongst others, will be transferred to Bartlesville, Oklahoma from 2024, ABB says.
