LafargeHolcim: UBS downgrades stock
(CercleFinance.com) - UBS has downgraded its rating on the LafargeHolcim stock from "neutral" to "sell," having cut its target price for the share from 47 Swiss francs to 43 Swiss francs, which suggests downside potential of 8% for the building materials group.
"With valuation pricing in returns to improve substantially and a relative premium to peers, we downgrade to Sell," says the broker, which considers the valuation premium of the Franco-Swiss group "unjustified".
