Clariant: licence deal with Poland's Orlen
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss speciality chemicals maker Clariant sait it has signed a license agreement on sunliquid technology with Polish oil refiner Orlen.
The license agreement enables Orlen to use Clariant's technology for the project of a full scale commercial plant for the production of cellulosic ethanol from agricultural residues.
The agreement marks the second signed license deal for Clariant's sunliquid technology.
