4% today, the leader in the Zurich SMI, while activist shareholder Rudolf Bohli is rumoured to have acquired a 0.2% stake in the Swiss bank's capital according to Bloomberg.
Based on Credit Suisse's current stockmarket capitalisation, which currently amounts to around 40 billion Swiss francs, this would represent an investment of around 80 million Swiss francs.
Citing closely related sources, the US media has confirmed that Mr. Bohli will push for Credit Suisse to be split into an investment bank, a wealth manager and an asset-management business.
