Novartis: legal director leaves
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss pharmaceutical group Novartis has announced that Shannon Thyme Klinger, its legal director has decided to resign and return to the US to take up an executive position at a biotech company.
She will leave the executive committee on 15 March.
Thomas N. Kendris, who currently is Global Head of Litigation and US country president, will be appointed Chief Legal Officer ad interim. The company has launched a search process to consider both internal and external candidates for the position on a permanent basis.
