Givaudan: holds over 95% of Naturex's capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Givaudan has informed the AMF that on 6 August it directly and indirectly broke the thresholds of 50%, two thirds, 90% and 95% of the capital and voting rights of Naturex and now holds, either directly and through of company SGD which it controls, 97.
24% of the group's capital and at least 95.19% of its voting rights.
The crossing of these thresholds results from the purchase of Naturex shares as part of the public offering initiated by the buyer.
