Givaudan: now holds over 97% of Naturex's capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that as of 3 August, the final date set for the filing of the tender offer initiated by Givaudan for Naturex's shares, it has received a deposit of 5,433,829 shares.
In all, the Swiss fragrance and perfume group now holds, either directly or through SGD, which it controls, 9,358,019 Naturex shares, representing 97.24% of the group's capital and at least 93.85% of the voting rights of the natural ingredients company.
As the minimum requirement of a holding of more than 50% has been met, the offer has been accepted. A subsequent publication will specify the dates and the duration of the reopening of the offer.
