Barry Callebaut: places euro Schuldscheindarlehen deal
(CercleFinance.com) - Barry Callebaut has issued a Schuldscheindarlehen placement, totaling 600 million euros, the Swiss chocolate maker said on Wednesday.
The Schuldscheindarlehen deal - with average tenor of 7.8 years and an interest rate of 1.47% - has attracted German, Swiss savings banks and a broad range of international banks. It was also oversubscribed to, the group said.
Two thirds of the proceeds will be used for sustainability projects, Barry said.
