Swisscom: raises FY EBITDA target.
(CercleFinance.com) - Swisscom reported sound H1 results, with the group increasing its FY 2017 EBITDA target in their wake.
It now expects a result of 4.3 billion Swiss francs, against a previous estimate of 4.2 billion Swiss francs. Meanwhile, revenues are expected to remain at 11.6 billion Swiss francs.
H1 revenues amounted to 5.69 billion Swiss francs, down 1.4% y-o-y. Meanwhile, EBITDA increased by 1.5% compared to January-June 2016, while EBIT rose by 6% to 1.2 billion Swiss francs.
Net income finally came in at 839 million Swiss francs, up 6.5% year-on-year.
