Bombardier: set to acquire triumph aircraft wing program
(CercleFinance.com) - Bombardier Group today announced signing a final agreement for the acquisition of the businesses and assets relating to the manufacture of Triumph Global 7500 aircraft wings.
The acquisition will strengthen Bombardier's position as a leading aerostructures manufacturer and secure the production ramp-up and long-term success of Bombardier's flagship business jet," the Canadian group said.
This acquisition is expected to be closed in the first quarter of 2019 - the terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.
