Bpost: dividend payment approved
(CercleFinance.com) - Bpost announces, following its annual general meeting, that the payout on the dividend per share has been approved by shareholders.
It comes to 1.31 euros gross per share, of which 1.06 euros was already fulfilled in December 2017, and will be paid on 17 May.
The General Meeting also approved the renewal of the appointments of Michael Stone and Ray Stewart as independent directors. Three other directors will be proposed later on by the Belgian State.
