Ageas: partnership in digital platforms
(CercleFinance.com) - The Belgian insurance group Ageas announced on Tuesday that it will partner with technology company eBaoTech to implement its digital platform strategy.
Ageas said it had chosen eBaoTech's InsureMO platform for its digital transformation as part of its "Impact24" strategy to explore and invest in new growth drivers.
The insurer plans to leverage the platform as a service ("PaaS") to grow through B2B2C channels (selling life and non-life insurance products through non-insurance intermediaries), while improving its operational agility and increasing the connectivity of its ecosystem.
