Ageas: Schroders cuts stake to under 3%
(CercleFinance.com) - British asset manager Schroders has sold shares in Ageas, taking its holding to below 3%, the Belgian insurance group said in a filing on Wednesday.
After the transaction, Schroders held 5.96 million voting rights, representing a stake of 2.94% in Ageas, the insurer said, falling below the 3% threshold.
