Umicore: BlackRock holding just under 5%.
(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock has a stake of just under 5% of Umicore after a share sale, the Belgium-based specialty metals firm said on Friday.
BlackRock has notified market regulator FSMA that on 8 August it has crossed the statutory threshold, now holding 4.92% of Umicore's shares and voting rights.
