Agfa-Gevaert: Capfi Delen cuts stake to 2.75%
(CercleFinance.com) - Belgian asset manager Capfi Delen has cut its stake in Agfa-Gevaert to 2.
75%, the imaging technology group said on Tuesday.
Agfa-Gevaert said Capfi Delen's holding company's stake has fallen below the 3% threshold, which obliges shareholders to disclose their holdings.
As of 2 August, Capfi Delen Asset Management held 4,720,913 of Agfa-Gevaert's voting rights, the company said.
