Roularta: acquisition of Postbuzz platform
(CercleFinance.com) - The Belgian Roularta Media Group (RMG) has announced the purchase, for an unspecified amount, of the online neighbourhood platform Postbuzz, which it says will be its “spearhead” in its digital strategy for the local market.
Over the next year, RMG will invest to grow the number of platform users and make it relevant for local advertisers. It is hence accelerating its digital growth strategy for local media for at least a year.
