KBC: BlackRock's stake falls below 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Earlier this week US asset manager BlackRock's stake crossed the threshold of 5% of KBC's voting rights - first upwards and then downwards - the Belgian financial group said on Friday.
The disclosure was made after BlackRock's holding rose above, and then fell below the 5% threshold at which such disclosures are mandatory, KBC said.
On 17 April, BlackRock had 4.97% of the group's voting rights, according to KBC's filing.
