Solvay: rental agreement for a building in Lyon
(CercleFinance.com) - Covivio (formerly Foncière des Régions) announces the signing of a rental agreement with Solvay, covering an area of nearly 9,000 m² in the office and services building Silex², located in Lyon Part-Dieu.
Historically located in the Lyon region, the Belgian chemicals group has decided to bring together its Lyon and Paris teams within Silex², and has therefore signed a nine-year firm lease. Its teams will work on eight levels (from R+4 to R+11).
With this signature, Silex², a project that is currently under construction and which will total 30,900 m², displays - two years before its expected delivery in early 2021 - a pre-leasing rate of nearly 50%, Solvay said.
