Société Générale: proposes director appointments
(CercleFinance.com) - The Board of Directors, on the proposal of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee, will submit four directors' appointments to the vote of the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders on 23 May 2023.
The Board of Directors proposes the appointment of Mr. Slawomir Krupa as a Director for a term of four years. Once elected, Mr. Slawomir Krupa will be appointed Chief Executive Officer by the Board of Directors. The functions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer will continue to be separated.
The Board of Directors, which will be equally split between men and women, proposes to appoint Ms. Béatrice Cossa-Dumurgier as an independent director, Ms. Ulrika Ekman as an independent director and Mr. Benoît de Ruffray as an independent director, for terms of four years.
