Johnson & Johnson: raises annual targets.

(CercleFinance.com) - Johnson & Johnson (J&J) is raising its FY 2017 target ranges, with adjusted EPS of between 7.
25 dollars and 7.30 dollars, compared with a previous range of 7.12 dollars to 7.22 dollars, and sales between 76.1 billion dollars and 76.5 billion dollars, compared with a previous range of 75.8 billion to 76.1 billion dollars.

In Q3 2017, the healthcare group posted adjusted net income of 5.2 billion dollars, meaning EPS of 1.90 dollar, up 13.1%, while the consensus was expecting an average of ten cents less.

At 19.7 billion dollars, J&J's quarterly revenue increased by 10.3%. In operating terms (excluding FX factors), revenues increased by 9.5%, up 3.8% excluding changes in its consolidation scope.
