Wells Fargo: new board chairman

(CercleFinance.com) - Wells Fargo & Company today announced the retirement of Charles H.
Noski, chairman and member Wells Fargo's board of directors.

Charles H. Noski has resigned as chairman of the board but will remain in office as a director until 30 September 2021 - the date of his retirement - in order to facilitate his transition.

Walls Fargo Board of Directors has elected Steven D. Black to serve as as chairman, effective immediately, the bank said today.

Steven D. Black has over 45 years' experience working in financial services with some of the world's largest financial institutions - he is also co-head of Bregal Investments.
