Verizon: $8.3bn multi-year deal with Ericsson

3 billion dollar multi-year deal with Verizon. The contract calls for the Swedish company to provide Verizon with its advanced 5G solutions - including Massive MIMO and Ericsson Cloud RAN - so that Verizon can accelerate the deployment of its next-generation 5G network in the US. This is an important strategic partnership for both companies and we are excited to bring the benefits of 5G to US consumers, businesses and the public sector, Ericsson North America said.
