UPS: Q2 EPS up over 7%
(CercleFinance.com) - UPS has reported Q2 adjusted EPS of 3.
29 dollars, up 7.5% y-o-y, with operating profit that is up 8.5% at 3.5 billion dollars (up 9.3% on an adjusted basis).
The logistics company's revenue increased 5.7% to 24.8 billion dollars, with growth of 7.3% in the US domestic segment and 5.3% in the international segment, both driven by double-digit increases in revenue per package.
The Atlanta-based company confirmed its financial targets for FY 2022, and said that it is increasing its targeted share repurchases for the current year to 3 billion dollars.
